What does the 90-day guarantee include?
If a candidate voluntarily leaves within 90 days of their start date, we will conduct a replacement search for the same role at no additional recruiting fee. This includes nationwide sourcing, screening, and interview support.
What is not covered by the guarantee?
The guarantee does not apply if:
- The candidate is terminated for cause
- The role, compensation, or expectations change after hire
- The practice restructures or closes
Issues arise from onboarding, management, or culture changes introduced after hire

How involved do I need to be overall?
Your level of involvement depends on the package you choose. Source requires more hands-on participation, while Hire and Build are designed to significantly reduce your time commitment. In all cases, you remain in control of final hiring decisions.

Our process begins with a detailed hiring intake to ensure alignment. If candidates are not the right fit, we revisit criteria and continue sourcing within the agreed scope. We don’t force decisions or stop at “good enough.”
I don’t have time to interview right now. Can this still work?

Do you conduct reference checks in Source?
